How It Works?
Once you have purchased your Top-Up Travel Insurance Policy, simply declare your valuables on the Travel Checklist via the Discovery app or web to receive a welcome email from our local service partner, FlexiKonnect. Click on the unique redemption link in the email to start your journey and unlock your Discovery Global Data Reward!
With their Switchless™ eSIM, Truely offers you the convenience of instant internet wherever you travel. Your smartphone device will need to support eSIM technology. Once you Get Started, our easy-to-use wizard will guide you through the redemption process and help you check your phone’s compatibility.
Upon successful completion of the redemption process:
You will receive a welcome email from Truely with a link to download the Truely App. This link is already coded with your Discovery client details and your free Global Data. Once you’ve downloaded the Truely App, you’ll need to set a password. You’ll then be fully set up and your free Global Data plan will start automatically upon arrival at your first destination.
Your free Global Plan will not allow connectivity in South Africa to ensure that your data isn’t accidently used.
Provided there is still a balance on your free Global Data Plan, Truely will keep you connected seamlessly wherever you are for up to 30 days.
Once your free Global Data has been consumed, you can easily top up your account to continue using data.
